Very professional
Technician Randall was very prompt, very professional, and detailed. I had a simple shower valve leak and it was repaired same day. Reasonable prices as well.

The tech came out on Saturday which was great, told me the part was broken but their parts manager wouldn't be in till... Monday. So I bought space heaters to be without heat a couple days. I was told I would receive a call on Monday about cost of parts and labor.I heard nothing, called twice and was told I was on the list and would get a callback. It's Tuesday and no call, so I called again. This time I was told they're still looking for the part and there is no way they'll be able to get to me today. So now I'm on day 4 of no heat and having to find someone more reliable and will contact me.read more

RA Biel replaced my mother's water heater, a year later she started having issues again. After multiple visits by... numerous techs from RA Biel, they told us we needed an electrician. The electrician came out & said we need to contact RA Biel because its an issue on their end. RA Biel ignored us when we tried to reach back out to them. After much wasted money & time, we decided to report them to the better business bureau because they have left my mother & my 95 year old great grandmother without hot water for 2 months. We finally decided to contact M&R Plumbing & I'm glad we did!! The experienced tech there Ramon, came to my moms, fixed the issue in a timely matter & got her hot water running the same day!read more

They showed up on time and were very polite and efficient. The total time on site was just under four hours to remove... and install the new furnace and thermostat. We really won't know for sure how the new furnace will be until we get some cold weather but for now we are very satisfied.read more

Michael was awesome when he looked at the faucet in my bathtub. It's old and he was upfront about what could happen,... what might need done but that he would get it fixed. He and his helper were right on it and got it done. I was so happy. My heater and swamp coolers have had the best care. I'm very pleased with the service I receive.read more

I’ve hired other places before to do this job and they’ve done it wrong. Michael knew exactly what he was doing . If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I called them on Wednesday to come put in a new water heater because... ours started leaking and then quit working. At first I was pretty impressed that they were able to send somebody out same day . They sent two technicians out. The only thing both of these technicians did was look at my water heater took photos and sent them to somebody else sat and waited for a response for over an hour just to be told that a different technician has to come out the next day. I work in a very busy medical office and it is hard for me to take time off. But I took Thursday off because I was told somebody would be here in the morning. With an estimate on how much it would be for a new water heater. The second technician showed up only only to look at the water heater and look outside and then proceeded to tell me that he will email me an estimate within an hour. I waited for three hours still no email so I called the company and spoke with Shannon she told me that the technician had to go to Chama and then I should have an answer shortly I still have not received an estimate an answer or call back. I do not recommend these guys as they will have you waiting and waiting for hot water. Not very professional to keep customers waiting long periods of time for a necessity in a home I will be taking my business elsewhere.read more

I contacted RA Biel for a drainage issue at a rental the beginning of March. They were able to make it out the same day... but ultimately were unable to remedy the issue. I received a quote from the Service Manager for additional work that was needed. I asked when we could schedule to complete the work and was told the dispatcher would contact me for an appointment once the part was received; this was March 8th. On March 17th, I sent an email following up, received no response. Sent another follow up March 22 and an additional follow up March 24th. I called March 31st and was told that in order to schedule I would need to pay half. I was irritated and asked why I wasn't told this earlier in the month, I could have paid it then. I was told the Service Manager would contact me that day. I waited until 5 and did not receive a call so I called another local company that was able to go out the next day. At 5:15 the Service Manager called me saying I think we are supposed to do a vent damper for you I responded due to the lack of communication I called another company. The only response I got back was "ok". The other company I contacted was able to fix the issue the same day! I wasted time and money calling R.A Biel and will not make that mistake again.read more

My heater was not working so I called and Tito came out. He was processional and fairly rare but also personable. After... he found out what was wrong he talked to me about it and actually showed me what was wrong. After he fixed it we even talked for a few minutes. He’s a good guy that did a good job and I will definitely use R A Biel again.read more
