Extremely Reliable and Honest with Pricing
Have been going to R.A. Biel for some odd three years now, for swamp cooler maintenance, furnace maintenance, general plumbing, and a water heater replacement. I've worked with Keegan Johnson (if I remember the name right), Tristan Mead, and Edwin Brownhat, and had fantastic experiences with each. Each was extremely professional, helpful, and honest with pricing. They are very detailed with the terms of their membership and are willing to answer ANY questions you might have about it. They've been extremely reliable and have even reached out to warn of "busy schedules" in case you need something done before a season change. Had them back over today for the seasonal changeover and as always had no issue.

They went above & beyond in our opinion.
R.A. Biel Plumbing & Heating helped us with our air conditioning over the summer & did a fantastic job, so I called them about some plumbing issues this week & they got me scheduled in the next day. When they showed up, my issues multiplied. I hadn't been home long before they showed up & noticed the walkway into my house was wet. The plumber got there & I realized it was more than the entrance of our home soaked. Went out to our garage & saw tons of water, not even on the side of the water heater. The plumber found out what was going on, the manager & sales guy took time out of their day to come that evening to talk. To make this shorter, they went above & beyond in our opinion. They got us pointed to Service Masters to start drying the floor, walls, tile, carpet. Scheduled us the next day to see if they could pinpoint where the leak was under our house. Got an estimate done fast & got us scheduled in the very next day once we accepted the estimate. We didn't think this part of the job would be done this fast & we really appreciate it! When they told us they would make it a priority, they weren't kidding! We have more repairs to move onto now, but we can rest easy tonight knowing the leak's fixed, and we have hot water (We have missed our hot water 😭). It didn't even take them a week to do all this!
